Proverbs Chapter 2 – The Benefits of Wisdom

As I read and studied the 2nd Chapter of Proverbs, I found myself focusing on verses 2-4 which states, “Tune your ears to wisdom and concentrate on understanding.  Cry out for insight, and ask for understanding.  Search for them as you would for silver; seek them like hidden treasures, ” and the heading in my Bible, “The Benefits of Wisdom.”

Theme:  “My child, listen to what I say, and treasure my commands” — Proverbs 2:1

Well I hope that you see the choices presented in the last part of this chapter, the choice of being righteous or wicked.
You may freely choose which you shall be, the choice is clearly yours.

Prayerfully I hope that you choose to tune your ears to wisdom, concentrate on understanding, cry out for insight, ask for understanding, and search for them like hidden treasures.

To gain these Benefits you need to know that it all starts on your knees, sitting down, or standing up in prayer.
